Business hours are M-F, 9am to 6pm, email, or call 239-848-8088. If you receive voicemail, please leave a message and the instructor will return your call within 24 business hours during the week, and 48 hours from the weekend.
Read all before contacting:
Lessons are 10 min/day, 5 days per week, Mon-Fri for 4-6 weeks depending on your child's age, developmental readiness and previous aquatic history. Please plan scheduling accordingly.
If you have a planned vacation that will occur during your child's scheduled lesson weeks, please let the instructor know prior to scheduling. If you decide to take a vacation during your scheduled lesson time, you are required to pay for any missed lessons.
If your child has any known developmental and/or medical factors, please discuss with the instructor to ensure this is a good fit for your child. ISR will always refund national registration in the event a child cannot participate in lessons for any medical or developmental reasons.
The national registration link and further instructions will be emailed to you once conversation and scheduling time is confirmed. Scheduling is done on a first come, first serve basis.

This is the email your weekly invoice will also come from, so please unblock it from your spam folder if it does go there. First week lesson deposits are non-refundable.
